TrennersTangoArchive (aka ITangoCafe, aka Bridge to the Tango, aka BttT, aka Bridge to the Tango Video, aka BttTV, Aka Bridge to the Tango Tours) here after referred to as TrennersTangoArchive.

Trenner’s Tango Archive Terms and Conditions, here after referred to as the Agreement.

Our Mission:

Supporting the Growth of Argentine Tango in particular, and of social dancing in general, all as community building endeavors.

We believe that building tango/dance community provides us with the opportunity to enrich ourselves and the greater society. We recognize that how we accomplish our aim is important. We believe that the conservation of our planet's resources and the fair distribution of the fruits of our labor, and play, create a positive example for the world.

By accessing this site, or using any services, including new services when they become available, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the website and you may review the Agreement each time you access the site.

Digital Honor Policy:

By subscribing to TrennersTangoArchive, I promise to uphold the Digital Honor Policy:

I have purchased this subscription with full awareness, and agreement, that it is intended for my own personal use.

I promise I will only view it for my own personal study and enjoyment.

I promise I will never copy, in portion or in whole, any content available on this site, nor then post to any file sharing service or public video sharing website (such as YouTube).

I recognize that TrennersTangoArchive has chosen to trust me with unprotected digital files. I will respect the limitations that this Agreement sets forth.

I recognize that TrennersTangoArchive’s may eventually allow gifted tango/dance instructors (ones who contrary to some perceptions, often struggle financially) to easily create, share, and profit from their instructional material. I further recognize that my support of this Digital Honor Policy directly supports this mission, supports our tango/dance instructors, and supports the continued growth of tango.

I recognize that I am purchasing this subscription directly from members of my tango/dance community, and not from a large corporation. I recognize that the fulfillment of TrennersTangoArchive’s mission relies on my support of this Digital Honor Policy.

Terms of Service, User Guidelines:

TrennersTangoArchive respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. We've established a few ground rules for you to follow when using the Service, to

make sure TrennersTangoArchive stays enjoyable for everyone. You must follow these rules and should encourage other users to do the same.

The following is not permitted for any reason whatsoever:

Copying, redistributing, reproducing, "ripping," recording, transferring, performing or displaying to the public, broadcasting, or making available to the public any part of the TrennersTangoArchive or the Content therein, or otherwise making any use of the TrennersTangoArchive or the Content which is not expressly permitted under the Agreement, or applicable law, or which otherwise infringes the intellectual property rights (such as copyright) TrennersTangoArchive or the Content or any part of it is forbidden.

Using the TrennersTangoArchive to import or copy any local files that you do not have the legal right to import or copy in this way is forbidden.

Transferring copies of cached Content from an authorized Device to any other Device via any means is forbidden.

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the TrennersTangoArchive, its Content or any part thereof, except to the extent permitted by applicable law, is forbidden.

Circumventing any technology used by TrennersTangoArchive, its licensors, or any third party to protect the Content or the Service is forbidden.

Selling, renting, sub-licensing or leasing of any part of the TrennersTangoArchive or the Content, without an expressed written agreement from TrennersTangoArchive is forbidden.

Circumventing any territorial restrictions applied by TrennersTangoArchive or it licensors is forbidden.

Artificially manipulating the TrennersTangoArchive by using any bot, script or other automated process, providing or accepting any form of compensation (financial or otherwise), or any other means is forbidden.

Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained on the Content or the TrennersTangoArchive or provided through the TrennersTangoArchive (including for the purpose of disguising or changing any indications of the ownership or source of any Content) is forbidden.

Circumventing or blocking advertisements in the TrennersTangoArchive, or creating or distributing tools designed to block advertisements in the TrennersTangoArchive is forbidden.

Providing your password to any other person or using any other person's username and password is forbidden.

“Crawling" the TrennersTangoArchive or otherwise using any automated means (including bots, scrapers, and spiders) to view, access or collect information from TrennersTangoArchive is forbidden.

Selling a user account, or otherwise accepting or offering to accept any compensation, financial or otherwise is forbidden.

You may not use our Products to do or share anything that violates these Terms of this Agreement, or our Digital honor Policy, as enumerated in this Agreement, including anything that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent or that infringes or violates someone else's rights.

You may not upload viruses or malicious code or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of TrennersTangoArchive.

You may not access or collect data from our TrennersTangoArchive using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access.

Membership:

Your TrennersTangoArchive subscription membership will continue month-to-month, or annually, and automatically renew until terminated. To use TrennersTangoArchive you must have internet access and provide us with Payment.

"Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. You must cancel your subscription 14 days before it renews, each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's subscription fees to your Payment Method

(see "Cancellation" below).

We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

Subscriptions:

During checkout, you, the user, have agreed to our Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions, and our Digital Honor Policy. You agree that this Agreement is binding, and is necessary to avoid any disputes down the road, including information about payment, billing cycles, and cancellation.

I understand that all users are required to agree to our Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions, and our Digital Honor Policy when signing up for a subscription so that they know what to expect moving forward.

Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel a subscription, you may do so as long as you provide notice to do so within 14 days of the billing cycle. If you provide less than 14 days notice, then we reserve the right to charge you for one additional billing cycle before you cancellation becomes applied.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their communications with us regarding termination of Service.

This agreement is an understanding between Trenner’s Tango Archive and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Account suspension or termination:

In the future TrennersTangoArchive may add support for community content, reviews, playlist, threads, and like programming. We want TrennersTangoArchive to be a place where people feel welcome and safe to express themselves and share their thoughts and ideas. If we determine that you have violated our terms or policies, we may take action against your account to protect our community and services, including by suspending access to your account or disabling it. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risk or legal exposure for us, or when we are permitted or required to do so by law.

Where appropriate, we will notify you about your account the next time you try to access it. When community content is implemented, and if your account is suspended, you will be provided with more information about what you can do if your account has been disabled.

If you delete or we disable your account, the Terms of this Agreement, as applicable, shall remain in place.

Limitation on Liability:

Trenner’s Tango Archive is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use or misuse of our website.

Intellectual Property:

All of the content on our Platform - including text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features, articles, news stories, sketches, animations, stickers, general artwork and other content ("Content") - is owned by TrennersTangoArchive or others we license Content from, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws.

TrennersTangoArchive reserves all rights not expressly described in the Terms of this Agreement. All trademarks, service marks and trade names (e.g., aka ITangoCafe, aka Bridge to the Tango, aka BttT, aka Bridge to the Tango Video, aka BttTV, Aka Bridge to the Tango Tours) are owned, registered and/or licensed by TrennersTangoArchive. You do not acquire a license or any ownership rights to any trademarks, service marks, or trade names through your access or use of TrennersTangoArchive or its Content.

TrennersTangoArchive grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable access to view Content on the platform, for personal use only, and use of such copyrights or copyrightable works is solely for the intended purpose and solely for as long as TrennersTangoArchive makes such Content generally available to the public.

You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Content (including any trademarks or other intellectual property included in the Content), and all such Content is intended for personal, non-commercial use. TrennersTangoArchive reserves the right to monitor your use and to alter or revoke your access to the Content at any time and for any reason.

TrennersTangoArchive reserves the right to take down any Content, on any other platform, that is in violation of these terms or TrennersTangoArchive’s intellectual property rights. TrennersTangoArchive allowing you this limited use does not constitute a waiver of any of TrennersTangoArchive’s rights to the Content.

Outside of the specific usage rights granted to you by TrennersTangoArchive in connection with the Platform, you agree not to use, copy, edit, translate, display, distribute, download, transmit, sell, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit any Content, including User Content (unless it is your own User Content that you legally post on the Platform), without TrennersTangoArchive's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the Content may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws and may subject you to criminal or civil charges and penalties.

Copyright information:

All subscriptions on this site support the tango community, tango teachers, their heirs, and the mission of TrennersTangoArchive. These instructional videos are copyrighted material that is licensed to you by subscription, for your personal use ONLY.

Subscribing to TrennersTangoArchive is considered acceptance of our Digital Honor Policy. By purchasing you are giving us your word that you will protect our content from unauthorized copying and that you will instruct anyone who would like to copy your files, that they must purchase their own copies from TrennersTangoArchive.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers' (Stripe and Paypal) database. Your credit card information is not accessible to us here at TrennersTangoArchive. After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes, (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information) we use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Disputes:

We have provided clear rules in this Agreement so that we can limit or hopefully avoid disputes between you and us. If a dispute does arise, however, it can be resolved.

For any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to the Terms of this Agreement (“claim"), you agree that it will be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, at the US Federal Courthouse in Springfield, Massachusetts, USA, or a state court located in Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA.

You also agree to submit to the personal exclusive jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of arbitrating any such claim, and that the laws of the State of Massachusetts will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the site, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify Trenner’s Tango Archive and its affiliates and hold them harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our products and services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Acknowledgement of Terms:
